Processing Time All orders undergo a thorough review before shipping, which includes payment verification and fraud prevention checks. These reviews can take up to 1–5 business days to ensure all details are correct. In cases where orders require additional verification or contain incorrect payment information, there may be delays, or orders may be canceled if unresolved.
Shipping Times and Costs Through our partnerships with reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and trusted local providers, we offer flat-rate, worldwide shipping. Orders to Australia benefit from a standard shipping option.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking code. Please note that this code may take up to 3–5 business days to activate, as it passes through multiple systems before reaching you.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or undelivered. Responsibility for these issues lies with the buyer, and we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address Once submitted, orders cannot be changed. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it can be reshipped, but this will incur an additional shipping fee at the buyer’s expense.
Product Origins and Customs Fees Auzoria ships directly from our suppliers, allowing us to pass on cost savings to you. Our central logistics hub is based in Asia, with inventory sourced from the USA, Europe, and Asia.
Please note: All import fees are prepaid. However, in some cases, additional customs duties may be required upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and Auzoria cannot cover these costs. We recommend consulting your local customs office for potential import fees.
