Auzoria Return Policy
At Auzoria, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return items within 30 days of receiving them, provided they meet the following conditions:
Return Conditions
- Unused Products: Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Hygienic Items: Intimate products (e.g., underwear) and items worn directly on the skin must be returned unused and professionally cleaned (with cleaning proof). All original labels and packaging must remain intact.
- Cosmetics: Unopened cosmetics can be returned in their original packaging.
- No Damage: Products must not be damaged due to customer handling.
- Tracking Required: The return package must include a tracking number.
- Notification: Auzoria must be informed of the return prior to sending it back.
If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately to document the damage.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Easy Returns in 3 Steps
Step 1: Inform Us
To initiate a return, please send an email to support@auzoria.com. We will provide you with a return form.
Step 2: Send Your Order
Return the items along with the completed return form to the provided address. Ensure the package has a tracking number, as you are responsible for the return shipment. Please return the products within 30 days of notifying us.

Step 3: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we will assess the items and process your refund. Funds will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase unless you request otherwise. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Please note that we process returns from outside Australia, which may incur significant shipping costs that we cannot refund.
